Abstract: For improving heavy milling machining environment, take the vibration modal and noise radiation distribution of milling cutter-workpiece as the research object, according to the characteristics of milling, consider vibration and noise generation in the milling process comprehensively, first establish the geometry model of cutter-workpiece, and then conduct finite element modal simulation and calculate the vibration response, so as to predict the distribution of noise field, and analyze the noise radiation, finally verify the vibration noise distribution of cutter-workpiece
According to subsequent experimental conditions, the machine model selects vertical knee and column milling machine X5030A, the cutting tool selects Φ160mm milling cutter, the blade selects ISCAR- LNAW 1506PN-R-S blade, workpiece material selects steel 45, using the symmetrical milling mode, establish geometric model of the tool and the workpiece system.

High temperature oxidation seems to be so complicated for engineers to understand and protect materials from HTO.
He has been invited to give lectures from major scientific congresses such as Gordon Research Conference on HTC, International Symposium on HT Corrosion and Protection of Materials (the Embiez Congress) and so on.
As a result of the research works, he produced more than 180 papers in scientific journals and proceedings (163 articles referenced "Web of Science", h-index = 23) and more than 50 invited lectures.
He won the “Ugine-René Castro Prize” from the French Society for Metallurgy and Materials in 2005, and the “Grande Médaille” from the French Centre of Anticorrosion in 2010.

Research on Optimal Process Parameter Database
Experiments determine some ordinary clothing materials on the market, including cotton, linen, silk,
wool, artificial fiber, leather, jeans etc.
Database of optimal cutting parameters is formed after testing on these materials.
According to the cutting samples, this set of parameters optimal ones for laser cutting silk materials.
Experiments have been conducted on different cutting clothing materials as well as laser power and cutting speed parameters setting in different operating conditions.

MATERIALS AND METHODS
Materials
The materials used are two leagues: a stainless steel and titanium used in another hip prostheses.
Methods Chemical Composition The analysis of the presence of the chemical elements present in alloys above was performed by EDS (Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy) and X-ray diffractometer, Laboratory Characterization of Materials Engineering and compared their chemical compositions evidenced by the standards: ASTM F 138 to alloy stainless steel and ASTM F 1108 for Titanium alloy, such standards are shown in table 1: Mechanical Properties To analyze the mechanical properties were performed in test machine traction and the model of the standard specimen (specimen Standard) standard obeyed ASTM E-8M.
