Since superplastic forming large deformation with material non-linear characteristics of materials are particularly sensitive to the strain rate, so non-linear isotropic rigid-plastic model is used.

Cementitious ceramic materials have been developed successfully applying the response surface theory[6,7,8,9,10].

The testing materials used in cutting comparison experiment are FT and P20 steels, with chemical compositions are given in Table 1.

The higher the hardness of the material is, the stronger resistance action of grinding from micro-powder the material will have[6].
