Materials and Methods of Research
The development of the optimal composition of the alloy was carried out in the system Ag-Cr-Zr-Re (Ce, La, Y).
Due to the high flexural rigidity of the probe console and the use of needles from solid materials, NanoScan allows indentation and scratching of the surface.
The test samples of composite materials with a size of 50x20 mm were a coated substrate based on the proposed alloy.
Experimental studies were carried out on the equipment of the Common Use Center (CUC) of unique equipment "Composition, structure and properties of structural and functional materials" of the National Research Centre «Kurchatov Institute» - Central Research Institute of Structural Materials "Prometey" with the financial support of the state represented by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation under agreement No. 14.595.21.0004.

Pseudo-capacitor electrode materials typically include two types: metal oxide or hydroxide and conductive polymers [4].
Now, many metal hydroxides or oxides have been used as electrode materials for pseudo-capacitors, such as RuO2 [5], Mn2O3 [6], Ni(OH)2 [7].
Therefore, a firm nanostructure with functional materials, large specific surface areas and excellent stability is benefit to improve the cycle life, power and energy densities of materials for supercapacitors.
For further investigation of the electrochemical diffusion process of the prepared electrode materials, EIS spectras were measured.

In the solid state, the hard and soft segments tend to phase separation due to segmental incompatibility, this two phase structure give rise to the interesting and useful properties of these materials.
The PTMO and MDI are commerially raw materials used in polyurethane manufature.
Small-Angle X-ray Scattering The degree of phase separation (DPS) and degree of interfacial mixing for two-phase materials were measured by SAXS.
