Abstract.
Molybdenum silicides are used as Schottky contacts in microelectronics [1-3], interconnects in VLSI (very large scale integration) photo mask material for fabrication [4, 5] of VLSI and soft X-ray mirror [6-8].
Nb based silicides are promising materials and considered seriously for replacing the currently used Ni-superalloys [11-15].

The projectile material adopts 4340 steel, and concrete is used for the target.

The material of projectile adopts elastic-plastic model MAT_PLASTIC_KINEMATIC, and the concrete material model adopts MAT_JOHNSON_HOLMQUIST_CONCRETE [7], the material parameters are shown in Table 1 and 2.

In the production process, the flow is materials and the objective is to make a product or a component from raw materials.
Operations management uses bill of materials, while project management uses WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
The bill of material is a hierarchical breakdown of the product.

Small-Angle X-ray Scattering The degree of phase separation (DPS) and degree of interfacial mixing for two-phase materials were measured by SAXS.
