At present,some copper electrolysis enterprises have used the copper-clad steel material as the conductive rod.
Copper electrolysis enterprises every year there are a large number of conductive rods scrapped and caused a huge waste.In straightening areas, however,the main material of strainghtening object are single artifacts for the puer steel plate, bar, or pure copper and other metals.So it is very urgent to straightening the copper clad-steel conductive tube.From the existing straightening theory studying, This paper found out a suitable theory and tried to apply in copper-clad steel tube straightening.
In the expression (1), For the new material copper-clad steel tube it is clear that the straightening force should be less than the allowable contact strength [σa] and torque should be between the elastic limit bending moment and plastic limit bending moment Mt < Mi < Ms, the elastic limit moment Mt and plastic limit bending moment MS as known quantity can be obtained.

Test material
The experimental materials get from thickness of 150mm continuous casting slab of T700 produced by a hot rolled sheet plant, its chemical composition is shown in table1, processed into thermally simulated specimen of 10mm in diameter and 15mm in length.

Concrete creep is very complex, related to time and the history of stress, what’s more, there are many changes in material composition and application form structure because of modern concrete.
However, the models can simulate the coagulation materials to test in a finite number of age (usually age 5, 6), impossible to obtain creep value from any time period.

If the pile is not an end-bearing pile, the model of the pile is assumed that the pile extends to the rigid layer with the same cross section, but different materials are reinforced concrete and soil respectively.
