Theoretical calculation and optimization of key structures As the natural frequency of the dynamometer is a very important parameter, the design should promise enough high natural frequency to make up for the descend when it is fixed on the machine tools, and it is the best way to obtain relatively accurate voltage signal[[] Ik-Soo Kang, Jeon-Ha Kim,Chinsuk Hong, Jeong-Suk Kim: International Journal of Precision Engineering and Manufacturing, Vol.11 (2010),p.817 ].
The machining material was the to be milling structure on the top platform(Al-6061), and the machining processes were running with rotational speed at 10000rpm, 15000rpm, and 18000rpm, resulting in high excitation frequency, and this paper simultaneously compared the different cutting forces data of the dynamometer with Kistler9265B dynamometer when the speed was 15000rpm.

Considering about the nonlinear of the material, the stress-strain relation should used bilinear kinematics hardening type, yield strengthis 235MPa, and ultimate strengthis 375MPa.
Based on plane linkage model theory, which can be seen in Fig.5. the sizes of the section, material properties and the selected elements are the same with simulated analysis under low-cycle repeated loads in the single layer.
