New type of two degree of freedom motor three-dimensional tooth layer field application and solution YANG Wenhuan a, CHEN Haixu b, XIE Shuang c, FANG Chunren d School of Optical-Electrical and Computer Engineering University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai, China a ywh1ywh@sina.com, b hesue_chan@126.com Keywords: two-degree of freedom, 3d teeth layer parametric database, FEM, Quasi-Newton method, Non-linear equations Abstract.
Introduction With the development of science and technology, electromechanical system becomes more complicated, some precision device for driving performance requirements are higher and higher, the single degree of freedom motor is difficult to meet their needs, therefore, research and development of new type of multi degree of freedom motor has a high theoretical and practical significance.
Assuming that the motor is the same material, and some tooth profile of stator in line is as same as that of stator in rotation.

Recently, many studies with new concepts have allowed possibilities to construct, artificially, a new structure and composite materials that can possess properties that are not available in natural materials.
These artificial materials called metamaterials (MTMs) are synthesized by embedding specific inclusions with periodic geometric shapes and forms in the host media [2,3] .

Most scholars adopt TiO2 chemical coating method, such as Ding Hao[5], who explored the tourmaline/TiO2 composite material composed of microscopic morphology, the results showed that tourmaline / TiO2 composite materials were composed of the packet core tourmaline coated particles and the surface crystalline TiO2, which form uniform and solid coating in the surface of tourmaline.
