Introduction
In recent years, investigating geotechnical materials with CT technique is the hot topic.
For the cone beam with certain width, each image is derived from scanning a certain thickness, and each image reflects the average linear attenuation coefficient of a certain thickness materials.
Since the linear attenuation coefficient of materials correspond to the density, the CT images reflect the changes of material density .
The materials with known density, such as ABS, POM, PTFE, polyethylene, polypropylene, and nylon, were selected, which are made into Φ25 × 30mm cylinder.

Abstract
It has been well known the effect of ion-bombardment is controlled by self-bias
voltage around a substrate, and it is increased by high RF power and vacuum, but
decreased with a substrate size.
Introduction Physical vapour deposition(PVD) there are two fundamental transfer processes of the coating material into the vapour phase: evaporation and sputtering.
Metal oxide like as TiO2, SiO2, Al2O3 ZrO2, Ta2O5 etc. films are generally evaporated with suboxide TiO, SiO…by electron beam heating and then the dissociated materials are partly recombined during codensation.

Materials used and experimental procedure
316L stainless steel is one of the promising structural materials for micro chemo-mechanical systems
working at high-temperature and high-pressure environment, because of its excellent mechanical
properties, corrosion and oxidation resistance at high temperature.
The materials testing machine (EHF-EG250-40L) equipped with a temperature- controlled furnace for high temperature tests at a crosshead speed of 0.2mm/min was used to perform the tensile tests at two temperature levels: ambient and 550°C.
Increasing the bonding temperature allows the growth of grains of the base material resulting in the reduction of the strength and toughness of the base material.

Abstract.
Wang et al. [8] reported that the UV illuminated TiO2 thin film can be used as the self-cleaning construction material because the contact angle of the water decreased gradually and finally became almost zero, so called super-hydrophilicity.
Survival ratio of E. coli, hydrophilic properties, phase analysis, surface roughness and morphology were experimentally examined to elucidate the feasibility of TiO2 on the antibiotic materials
Morphology, thickness, phase and microstructure of the films were measured by using AFM (M5, PSI, Japan) and XRD (MX-18HF, MAC Science, Japan).
No Ti peak was observed at an Process variable Values Background pressure [torr] 6×10-5 Working pressure [torr] 3.3×10-31.2×10-2 Target Ti Substrate Si O2 gas flow rate [sccm] 110 Ar gas flow rate [sccm] 20 DC power [W] 300400 Source to substrate distance [cm] 5 Time [min] 30 Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) oxygen partial pressure of 40%.

Abstract:There is a problem about high current and voltage spikes in Buck and Boost converters,it will damage main power devices .Therefore, a novel Buck/Boost bidirectional DC/DC converter based on soft change current (SCC) network was given, and Buck and Boost modes ware particularly analyzed.Groups parameters of L/C/D are selected and simulated with Saber software.
