Introduction Materials’ processing through classical powder metallurgy (P/M) begins with the compaction of metal or alloy powders by applying uniaxial or biaxial or triaxial pressure followed by sintering.
Corrosion resistance of Al-based materials is important especially for automotive and aircraft applications where the parts are prone to corrosive media [5].
The effective stress represents the bulk material property where the material exposed to this stress in triaxial condition.

Introduction Conducting polymers have increasing scientific and technological interest in the synthesis of a broad variety of promising new materials due to their unique electrical, optical and optoelectrical properties as well as the ease of preparation and environmental stability[1,2].
Some of these modifications involve preparing hybrid materials in which organic materials and inorganic oxides or salts of different metals, viz. montomorillonite (MMT) clay combine in some special fashion with the conducting polymers to give rise to the composites.
The X-ray diffraction spectra demonstrate the intercalation of conducting PPy materials between the MMT clay layers and support the formation of PPy/MMT clay composites.

To make full use of the bearing capacity of materials and reduce the planetary reducers’ weight or make cost, researchers and makers gradually begin to adopt sing-arm planetary carrier.
The materials of planet wheel axle are all set to 42CrMo, and body of planetary carrier 42CrNi1Mo.
Yield strength and tensile strength of these two materials are all 930 [MPa] and 1080 [MPa], elastic modulus 2.1e5 [N/m2], and Poisson’s ratio 0.3.
