Introduction Wear mechanism of materials is not only dependent on original microstructure and properties, but also on their evolution procedure during service.
The formation of nano grains in subsurface should have an influence on wear resistance of the above materials,and finally change in the wear mechanism.Wear behavior of above materials and nanocrystalized procedure induced by heavy plastic deformation were discussed in the present paper.
It showed the microstructure beneath "black layer" because of the layer material.
