The primary issue that arises during the execution and design of civil engineering applications that use concrete as a fundamental component is still its brittleness.
Recently, environmental issues and working on discovering and producing new construction materials that have lower effects on our environment, mostly called eco-friendly materials, have taken up vast space among civil engineering research.

A New Calculation Method for Cracking width of Beam with High Strength Rebar Chunmin Donga, Kedong Guob and Jiajia Sunc School of Civil Engineering, Henan Polytechnic University,Jiaozuo 454000, P.R.
Introduction With the application of high strength concrete and rebar in engineering practice, the flexural strength of reinforced concrete beam (RC beam) are improved, however the cracking width of RC beam is too large to satisfy the limit state of beam under normal service load.
Outline of Experiments In practical engineering, the slabs are generally cast with beams together to form T-shape beams.
Specially, the cracking width of RC beam LW4-A and LW4-B with ordinary strength rebar could not satisfy the limited requirement in Code, the main reason is that the actual concrete tension strength is, which is nearly concrete strength labeled as C45 in practice engineering.
