The measurements were done on a thick reference wafer at the Institute of Electronic Materials Technology (ITME), Warszawa, Poland.
This is because no difference in trapping properties has experimentally observed this far in different detector materials [8].

Gibson considered the
cancellous bone as the cellular structure with three-dimensional cellular materials, and studied the
relationships between the relative density and relative Young's modulus, relative density and relative
compressive strength [1,2].
Recently, the digital speckle correlation method (DSCM) has shown its special merits in deformation measurement of materials and structures, such as being non-contact, simple optical setup, no special preparation of specimens (just spraying on the surface in the experiment) and no special requirement for the test environment, no sensitivity to the illumination and vibration[3,4,5].

Materials and methods Materials and equipments.
(d) Parent starch materials were dewatered in the vacuum dehydrating pan to lower its moisture to below 3%, and then were mixed with other materials, and then were sent to the screw extruder to be kneaded and pelletized.

Experimental Materials and Methods
Experimental Materials.
It is generally believed that grain refinement can improve the strength and hardness of materials, but the fine grain can be harmless to toughness.
However, excessive grain refinement will inevitably increase the deformation resistance of materials, so the grain size of materials must be controlled in an appropriate range.

Introduction
Acoustic emission is a kind of NDT method which assesses the property of material or the integrity of structure by means of receiving and analyzing acoustic emission signal of materials.
Due to the acoustic emission elastic wave can reflect some properties of materials, so we take the method of detection acoustic emission signals to judge the certain state of the material or equipment.
The general nondestructive testing technology is mainly used in testing metal isotropic mean materials or materials with close-packed inner.

Chen: Journal of Shanxi Defense Industry Professional Technology institute, Vol. 20(2) (2010), pp.60-62
