Introduction As we all know, acupuncture technology is a good means of traditional Chinese medical science and can curing people ,but most of people have no idea of its basic principles and how it works .
The design of Calcium ion sensing needle Calcium ion sensing needle is based on the basic principal of calcium ion selective electrode, use acupuncture needle as matrix, and the calcium sensitive material will be used to make it to be a solid-state needle electrode type.

Gibson considered the
cancellous bone as the cellular structure with three-dimensional cellular materials, and studied the
relationships between the relative density and relative Young's modulus, relative density and relative
compressive strength [1,2].
Recently, the digital speckle correlation method (DSCM) has shown its special merits in deformation measurement of materials and structures, such as being non-contact, simple optical setup, no special preparation of specimens (just spraying on the surface in the experiment) and no special requirement for the test environment, no sensitivity to the illumination and vibration[3,4,5].

Material property
In the analysis, exhaust manifold uses compacted graphite iron RuT300.
Material and structure improvement In choosing material, the original cast iron usually used for the engine exhaust manifold can be changed into Si-Mo ductile iron which can work normally under high temperature.
Conclusion Simulated the working environment of auto engine exhaust manifold using finite element software ANSYS, calculated the temperature distribution of the manifold under steady-state thermal field; Through the thermal stress analysis, found the region most prone to have thermal stress centralization and fracture, conducted the failure analysis, found the reason of failure, gave corresponding solutions like improving structure and improving connecting materials.

Abstract.
Introduction Grain refinement is a well-known strengthening mechanism for metallic materials.
Mechanical properties, such as hardness, tensile strength and low cycle fatigue property, are improved by decreasing the grain size of materials [1-4].
This is a preferable mechanism because it is capable to improve mechanical properties without a significant change in the chemical composition of the materials.
