Civil construction wastes during the construction process on average, 56% of cement, 44% of sand, 30% of plaster, 27% of conductors and 15% of PVC tubes and conduits [3].
The paradigm shift in developing countries stands out in the search for sustainability in the civil construction, because they are responsible for 23% of the global volume of constructions [6].
This paper also outlines actions that need to be developed to minimize the generation of construction waste of civil construction at construction sites.

Introduction The FMCS airworthiness flight test technology is an important part of civil aircraft airworthiness flight tests, because FMCS penetrates nearly most avionics systems, flight control systems, engine control systems and etc.
For civil aircraft FMCS, America FAA promulgated the advisory circulars which expound the flight tests and draw up the relative flight test technology norms[1].
Fig. 1 Semi-entity simulation system structure for the civil airplane FMCS Fig. 2 Configuration of sensors connected with FMCS Primary flight simulation system The primary flight simulation software is the core of the semi-body simulation system, and its main function is the realization of flight course simulation in the whole flight enveloping curve covering the typical stages such as taking off, cruising, approaching, landing and running.
From engineering simulation, the semi-body simulation based upon an FMCS could precisely real-time recover the whole flight test process with an FMCS structure, realize the flight simulation deduction in relation to FMCS, and accurately scheme flight test tasks so as to greatly increase flight tests efficiency.
But in general a full-digital simulation couldn’t reach the fidelity and reality in engineering simulation test.

A Perturbation Observer Based Robust Estimation Technique for Structural Monitoring and Control SangJoo Kwon1,a, Sangdeok Park2,b, and Sang Moo Lee2,c 1 School of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, Hankuk Aviation University (HAU), Goyang 412-791, Korea 2 Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KITECH), Ansan, 426-791, Korea a sjkwon@hau.ac.kr, bsdpark@kitech.re.kr,,c lsm@kitech.re.kr Keywords: monitoring, robust state estimation, Kalman filter, perturbation observer.
In this regard, the state estimation (filtering) problem can be considered as a crucial way to realize autonomous structural monitoring as well as state feedback control in many mechanical, aeronautical, civil, and even micro/nano/bio structures.
However, when a structural system undergoes heavy enviromental disturbances, specifically, a civil structure or an airplane with sudden blast or earthquake, the innovation process alone is not sufficient to tackle the large and time-varying disturbances and the resulting state estimates may reveal large errors.
