Research on the properties of austenitic stainless steel under different carburizing atmosphere proportion, with hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance as the properties characterization.
The results shows that C3H8:H2=1:40 have better properties with the hardness of 950 HV0.05, the friction coefficient of about 0.25, which showed a better wear resistance.
Introduction Low temperature plasma carburizing as one of the methods to improve the mechanical properties has been widely used in the daily research.
There are many factors that can influence the effect of carburizing, such as substrate material[4], carburizing temperature[5], carburizing time[6], and so on.
(2) There is a need to ensure a proper carburizing atmosphere proportion, which will have a great effect on the surface properties

Factors affecting the size precision of sugar based rapid prototyping and bending strength Factors affecting the size precision of sugar based rapid prototyping: shrinkage, the machine parameters, and the error surface treatment production.
The material of shrinkage in the heating cooling, which is an essential property of material, but different material shrinkage is different.
In fact not only the size shrinkage and contraction properties of the material, but also on the processing conditions, and the forming of parts related to temperature changes.
Finally saying, this paper mainly research decided to sugar based rapid prototyping forming factors and the main factors affecting the sugar based rapid prototyping precision, laser power, scanning speed, powder layer thickness, scan spacing and preheating temperature.

The numerical simulation of reinforced concrete continuous deep beams with opening is analyzed by Finite Element Software ANSYS to establish reasonable mechanical model.
In the 1980s,inland scholars in order to get a better understanding of deep beams, set up a special organization on deep beams, conducted a series of experimental studies on simply supported deep beams, continuous deep beams and deep beams with opening, had a preliminary understanding of many aspects such as the way deep beams pass on force, the main factors affect carrying capacity.
In 2000, experiments on eleven reinforced concrete deep bending elements under the action of concentrated load and uniformly distributed load were conducted by Liu Lixinand other people[3], under the action of concentrated load the deep beams critical diagonal cracks craze from bearing chairs to loading point, as different shear-to-span ratios, there are three kinds of failures, diagonal compression failure, shear compression failure, diagonal tension failure; ritical diagonal cracks craze from bearing chairs to a quarter of the beam top span, diagonal compression failure will arise when high-to-span ratio is very small, shear compression failure will occur when high-to-span ratio is very big; shear-to-span ratio is the main factor affect deep bending elements shear strength, while shear strength also increases with increase of longitudinal stressed bar reinforcement ratios, turn to be linear relationship.

The density and size of nanoparticles affect their response to various influences, alongside the fundamental properties of the material.
As a result, the microstructure became more porous, negatively affecting the compressive strength of the cement matrix.
The addition of metal salts to cement affects not only the mechanical properties but also the initial hydration process, allowing control over the hardening process.
This ensures that the mechanical properties are maintained uniformly throughout the concrete.

The selection of a particular metal-matrix composite (MMC) and its subsequent application is contingent upon the specific properties demanded for the task at hand, encompassing factors such as strength, thermal conductivity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Because reinforcing a composite helps to increase factors like strength, stiffness of the composite.
This incorporation of short fibers serves to enhance the mechanical properties of the composite material.
Applications [26 to 29] Factors influencing the selection of natural fibers: Factors like mechanical properties (e.g., tensile strength and stiffness), cost-effectiveness, eco-friendliness, recyclability, and availability of fibers such as flax and hemp influence their selection in reinforcing hybrid polymer composites.

Introduction Porous ceramics with many advantages, such as low density, good thermal and chemical resistance, and sufficient mechanical properties, have attracted increasingly interest in the past decades [1~3].
This method allows the direct adjustment of porosity and mechanical properties by changing the solid loading in the slurry and the sintering temperature.
The structure and properties of porous silica ceramics are influenced by the above factors.
The structure and properties of porous silica ceramics were investigated, and the fracture morphology were also observed.
It is known that porosity and pore size are main factors which might affect the strength of porous ceramics [9, 10].

The friction coefficient between the AISI 316L workpiece and 3M™ Trizact™ structured abrasive belt under different rotational speed may affect the polishing efficiency and the cost.
AISI 316L, one of the austenitic stainless steel, is chosen to fabricate the metal case of the jewellery due to the highest corrosion resistance and mechanical properties for versatile applications.
The grit size of abrasive belt is the main factor affecting the dynamic friction coefficient.
Not only the press-on force of the workpiece during polishing, but also the tangential velocity of abrasive belt, are very important factors in order to affect the dynamic friction coefficient.

The reduced porosity level in the SSP components, which allows subsequent heat treatments for improved mechanical properties, is another attractive advantage.
These rheological properties of the slurry make the SSP as a unique and effective process for the near net-shape cast products with enhanced mechanical properties.
Since the mechanical properties of the final cast products are significantly affected by the castability of the reheated billets, the SSP of Mg alloys requires reliable production of high quality Mg billets for SSP.
One of the most important factors in casting Mg billets is the safety of the process.
Therefore, the size and the volume fraction of the primary particles would affect the mechanical properties of the SSP Mg alloys.

Then, the frequency of electronic ionizing collision, ambipolar diffusion coefficient Da and concentration distribution of charged particles will be analyzed to obtain the key factors that affect the discharge density and light up voltage of the CRFHCP plasma discharge.
According to Eq. (4) and (5), the key factors to affect CRFHCP light up voltage and discharge density are the structure of hollow cathode, gas pressure, rf electric field and gas property and so on.
Then, the hydrophilic properties after treatment were tested to characterize the reasonableness of different design scheme.
As the variation of particle concentration directly affects the efficiency of surface treatment of materials, the variation of particle energy directly affects the quality of surface treatment.
