Currently, the research is under way to develop special aluminum-based powder materials for laser additive processes [3–5].
These materials should allow to avoid the formation of defects like pores or cracks, and thus to improve the reliability of workpieces under static and dynamic loads.
In addition, the sample No. 3 was cut from a part body made of commercial AK4-1 alloy, to compare the structures of cladded and wrought materials.

They are usually present in the composition of different ceramic raw materials.
It should also be noted that this work deals not only with the chemical inertisation process and combination of waste materials but also with a new application of these waste materials as raw materials for production of highly-porous clay ceramics.

Used the gauss body heat source to irradiate underwater aluminum target material, in this paper, simulated the process of punching, gauss body heat source equations as follows: (1) Where U is energy on the surface of the aluminum material; a is the optical depth of material; b is the absorptions of material for laser energy; r is 95% of the heat source center to spot radius.
Governing equation of the model can be expressed as a function of temperature: (2) Where is the density of material; is the heat capacity of materials; is time; is the heat source; is changing with temperature coefficient of thermal conductivity.
