Processing manufacturability mainly analyzes the matching degree between accuracy, surface roughness, material, processing method related to process parameters, including the matching between precision and function, accuracy and machining methods, materials and processing methods, materials and tools, roughness and accuracy, shape accuracy and dimensional precision; Structure manufacturability is the main content of feature machinability analysis.
By using Oracle database system, the manufacturing feature library, standard parts library, rules library, material library and database were established.

The powder material used in this experiment is Fe313 alloy powder, substrate material is 45 steel , and nitrogen is used as the protective gas.
Compared to the conventional heat treatment, laser cladding was more effective in improving the mechanical properties of materials.

LiFePO4 has
good heat-stability and steady charge/discharge performance as cathode materials in rechargeable
lithium ion batteries, which is called "the most safe lithium ion battery".
In order to make full use of LiFePO4 as new environment-friendly cathode materials, researchers have done a lot of work to improve its performance.
In this paper, we prepared a series of polypyrrole coated LiFePO4 composite materials with several doping agents and pyrrole solutions of different contents.
