However, because of the special properties of material and lack of cooling, the grinding temperature is high, which easily causes workpiece burn and chips adhesion.
Experimental set-up and conditions In this paper, the workpiece material is conventional titanium alloy Ti6Al4V.

Introduction The thermotropic liquid crystalline polymers (LCPs)have still been attracting much attention owing to their high properties, which not only improve the molecular engineering, polymer chemistry and polymer physics, polymer processing and polymer applications, but also show numerous industrial applications in such fields as blends, composite materials, membrane materials, photoelectric, military, information, print, and so on [1–7].
Scheme 1 Schematic representation of preparing process for MCLCPs Experimental Materials Methyl p-hydroxyl-benzoate and triphenyl phosphite (Beijing Chemical Reagent Plant, Beijing City, China) were of chemical purity grade; 1,4-butanediol and dimethyldiethoxysilane (Tientsin Denfen Chemical Reagent Plant, Tientsin City, China) were of chemical purity grade; Other chemicals were all commercial reagents with analytical pure.
As the liquid crystalline phase transformation temperature of MCLCPs is lower, and the scope for the liquid crystalline state is wider, so it could be used as the microthermal liquid crystal for photoelectrical materials.

The Present Situation of Rural Housing and the Seismic Performance Analysis Han Li1, a 1 Graduate School of Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao, Shandong, China 266590 a309083602@qq.com Keywords: security, masonry structure, dangerous point, typical masonry building, seismic time history analysis, system with ring beam and structural concrete column Abstrat.
According to preliminary statistic[1], the applicable masonry buildings account for more than 90% in residential buildings, especially in the villages, because of the structures’ convenient materials, simple construction and low cost, it become one of the most common structures.
The present situation of Rural housing First of all, the rural housings mostly use local materials which their strength is low and lack of cohesiveness, so the integrity of walls is poor, and leads to the structures prone to overall damage or severe local failure in the earthquake.
Because the majority materials of rural house roof are sintering tiles, soils, plant straw, etc., their load through beam purlins pass to the wooden structures, finally to load bearing walls, roof stiffness is smaller than wall rigidity, so in this article, the roof load and purlin load by MASS21 convered on the corresponding position of walls.
