Based on both geometry and material nonlinearity, new FEM refering ‘tube to tube’ contact, is employed.
Theoretical analysis should cover geometrical nonlinearity and material nonlinearity.

FE model of shape formation Since the shape formation of space truss is concerned with great deformation and elsticity-platicity somewhere, FE model have to deal with double nonlinearity, including geometry and material.

Food safety systems are required to operate both at the final food producers and at the suppliers of raw materials, traders. [5].
Among them, it is mentioned: · Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 for materials and components that are to meet food products; · Regulation (EC) 2023/2006 on good production practices for materials and components intended to meet food; · Regulation (EU) 10/2011 regarding plastic materials and components intended to meet food; · EN 12331 Food processing equipment – Grinding machines – Safety and hygiene requirements; · EN 12463 Food processing equipment – Filling and auxiliary machines – Hygiene and safety requirements.
Previous research [10], demonstrated partly the danger of improper execution of some technological operations of welding pipes in installations related to the transport of fluid food materials.
So, when transporting food fluids, through pipes made of stainless materials, the welded joints of the pipes can cause the creation of foci of contamination, proven by sanitation tests.

Introduction Fatigue of engineering materials is a very complicated process that causes damage or failure of components or structures subject to dynamic loading, and is difficult to describe and model accurately.
The mechanical properties of the material, nominal yield strength, ultimate strength and elongation, are 320 MPa, 462 MPa and 15.4 % respectively.
