Create materials with high wear resistance, but at the same time increase their plasticity. 3.
The modern development of science and technology level, especially in cold climate conditions, for example, in the conditions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), requires a wider use of three types of new materials that differ in their physico-mechanical and technological properties: - first type materials must be cold-resistant and corrosion-resistant with different levels of durability; - second type materials are high durability and wear-resistant, but they are usually prone to brittle fracture; - third type materials must have both cold-resistant and high-durability properties.

The synthesized material demonstrated traces of anatase phase even at 900°C during vacuum annealing [5].
These hydrolysis and condensation reactions are sensitive to many experimental parameters such as raw material concentration, pH, hydrolysis temperature and mixing conditions [17].
