A crossflow membrane separation equipment (MSM-2008, Shanghai MoSu science equipment co., LTD, China ) designed for rapid laboratory concentration and diafiltration was used for both ultrafiltration and nanofiltration.The ultrafiltration membrane (HPS-3) with a molecular mass cut off of 3000 Da was composed of hydrophilic polyethersulfone, and was firstly used to remove proteins from GOS solution.

In this paper, the experimental materials are marine shrimp, including Penaeus vannamei and Parapenaeopsis hardwickii, it can be pointed out from the size model of the TAV, the FAAs which have an important contribution to the taste are Arg, Gly, Pro and Glu.
