As paper material gets more expensive, structural optimum design of the honeycomb paperboard will become more and more important.
These honeycomb paperboards were composed with the same materials that are Kraft paper (350 g/m2) used as printed sheets and corrugating medium (110 g/m2) used as core paper.

PHBV extensive application is limited because of high cost and certain inferior material properties such as brittleness and low impact resistance [2].
Materials; PHBV under the trade name Y1000P was purchased in powder from Ningbo Tianan Biologic Material Co.
The sample materials exhibited a shear-thinning behavior of the materials due to molecular alignment and disentanglement of the long polymer chains under shear deformation.
Because of stress relaxation in PHBV molecular chains, all the materials showed an increasing percentage of extrudate swell with increasing shear rate [15].
