Abstract.
Prepare pre-construction ( 1 ) After a construction task commitment , materials, staff should carefully read drawings, design specifications and other related documents , to understand engineering properties of the materials used and quality requirements , and the materials used to make plans according to the drawings , according to the construction schedule the materials used to make a step by step plan
Use , bills of materials used in the course of its management, is crucial, as planned orders, acceptance of orders, journal , at the end of the database table , a single storage , warehouse ledger and warehouse , picking quota single , working materials requisitioned orders, requisition , tools requisitioned cards, leasing contracts, return orders, refunding , etc., in the effective use of these notes , not only tedious work principled, but also the realization of materials management can be retrospective , standardized management of the whole project to play a facilitating role.
After the end of the project , materials, staff should be on-site materials inventory , cleaning, doing inventory table , and some of the good state of the material , equipment is identified , the last batch Return Material pool , fill refunding orders, and with the total library librarian handover procedures , the construction process to collate notes , numbers , materials Division sent your records.

Traditional studies on materials and techniques are mainly undertaken by engineers of structures and materials, while architects play the role in the application of materials and technologies.
Architectural Science System QIAN Xuesen system holds such an opinion that the object of architectural science is an open, complex and giant system that bears complexity, openness and is of the big science. [2] It can be divided into three levels, namely basic theory, technological sciences and engineering technologies.
Materials and Technologies in Construction System.
In the architectural science system, the architectural design, architectural materials and technologies are complementary.
