This descriptive and analytical work can serve to Albania's professionals on decision-making, but also to other cities of similar scale and nature of development as Tirana.
In the last decades in many developed countries have been undertaken many initiatives for the development of urban areas that are confined by water.
So, water was not the most important factor in the foundation of the city, but it was one of the natural resources affecting the growth of its early settlements and melding its future.
The Strategy and Design Approach of the Tirana River Park The main strategies to achieve Tirana River Park are: understanding the river flows and water levels, identifying preferred river profiles, defining edge conditions and levels to manage water flows, identifying phases that can be implemented now, raising awareness, interest and sense of ownership.
These interventions will be formulated by a collective agglomeration of a public function building, a public/green space, a bus stop, a rubbish collection point and a marker which may be a water tower, a communication mast, or a public art installation.

Introduction China is a country with scarce water resources.
Water pollution control is gaining the attention of the people.
Fluctuation of water quantity is large because of water consumption is large in the day and is small in the night in the rural area.
Because of less demand for professionals, local labor can be fully utilized in constructed wetland management and maintenance.

This study provides useful quantitative and qualitative information for building professionals and architects in the tropics.
The interest in skylights is increasing rapidly by building professionals to determine its potential.
There are several studies conducted on the performance of skylight design especially in the tropics; Mintorogo[1] focused on sustainable energy savings from dripped-water-skylight installed in the climate of Surabaya (Java, Indonesia) to optimize the direct sunlight and daylight in a room with horizontal or slope skylights in every direction.
At the end, this research provides useful quantitative and qualitative information for building professionals and architects in the tropics especially for identifying the performance of simple skylight system.

Along with the development of computer technology, information technology has been widely used in water conservancy industry [1].
The bottom is using for data collection and storage, focusing on building the information reported structure with integrity and stability and the construction process of the scientific data storage structure; The database structure is divided into three parts: geographic information database, the practicing and danger situation of a project, and the original real-time water rainfall regime library.
The Yellow River basin as the background are used to show water system, and water system boundary, hub project, hydrology water level and rainfall site, etc.
Desktop map software MapInfo Professional.
MapInfo Professional has complex but detailed spatial data analysis and data management performance ability, can help users from geography Angle to better understand the information.

Other supportive emergency works: cracks were rammed down and covered, and emergency survey and professional monitoring were started.
The comprehensive control plan was earth removal and load reduction + anti-slide pile + surface water interception and drainage.
In order to assess the result of emergency handling works, the headquarters organized a professional team to perform monitoring and early warning of the landslide.
Arrangement of the monitoring network, with 23 professional monitoring points, was completed on June 29, and four times of monitoring was conducted in each monitoring point every day.
Temporary water steering and drainage and crack covering and luting.

A water-cement ratio of 0.4 was used with the addition of detergent at varying percentages (0%, 0.3% and 0.6).
The cubes were cured in water and tested at 7days, 14days and 28days respectively.
Its essential components include cement, aggregate (coarse and fine) and water.
It is therefore imperative for site engineers and other construction professionals to know the merits and demerits of the popular admixtures available.
The consumable part of the periwinkle is obtained after soaking in boiled water.

Further, it tackles the issue of water use as well as the greenhouse gas emissions.
For example, designing on-site water retention systems can lead to downsizing or eliminating storm water conveyance pipes.
· Solar Hot Water Heating: It is used to produce domestic hot water: It is estimated that 80% of the domestic hot water requirements of the facility will be covered by the solar system; thus, drastically saving on electricity and diesel [18]
· Saving water: Water saving fixtures are used like double flush toilets and flow limiting lavatory mixers [18]
· Energy & Water Consumption monitoring: The building is equipped with energy and water meters to monitor with accuracy its energy & water consumption.

(a) Drilling through water-bearing ground must take water plugging and blocking measures.
In any accident of tunnel flooding, plan to relieve personnel trapped in blocked airbag space under water through drilling must obey the principle of balancing air and water pressure under which trapped personnel are in, and meanwhile take compulsory drainage system to avoid depressurizing airbag from drilling.
Two drilling locates were ultimately determined from on-site exploration: No. 1 hole was water-leaking well.
Drill vertically downwards the well in relevant place of lower position between the surface and seeper tunnel and therefore accumulative water in the tunnel will flow to Ordovician water-bearing ground which is below 80m distance from the tunnel automatically by drilling.

Bio corrosion is primarily caused by water regime, temperature changes and chemical compounds produced by microorganism during chemosynthesis and photosynthesis [3].
Cyanobacteria and algae keep water from air humidity in the special mucilage sheath and thus survive during unfavorable period.
Depending on the amount of water retention, they expand and contract, while putting pressure on the substrate [3] and [5].
Protective methods and technologies eliminating biodegradation of building materials are feasible with difficulties, expensive and also environmentally problematic (contamination of surface water, sewage contamination of water by chemical substances containing heavy metals) [7].
Records about all finished interventions must be kept in the usage manual and can be used for statistical assessment of their frequency, costs, difficulty and work of professionals, etc.
