Meanwhile the explosion suppression effects of absorbing materials were studied tentatively in explosion chamber which can simulate mine gas explosion.
In order to compare the absorption effects of different aqueous materials, the same flow and same spray time should be set in every experiment.
Then methane absorption experiments were carried out using different materials and pure water.

Verified by simulation, heat transfer rate of ceramic materials is slower than metal materials, in actual operation of the process, due to different materials have different heat transfer rate, so the temperature distribution of the different materials of motorized spindle are different.
The main shaft material of traditional motorized spindle is metal, but it have larger thermal deformation when the temperature is high, in order to reduce the influence of thermal deformation caused by temperature rising, it has become a new direction of development by using ceramics as spindle materials because of its better thermal performance. we study the basic properties of the ceramic materials and metal materials [5, 7], got that ceramic material has obvious thermal characteristics, showing a low density, a low coefficient of thermal expansion and so on.
