The production status of the electronic waste
Compared with products of other industries, the electronic industry products have outstanding features in production: excessive and long production processes, numerous variety and amount of electronic products and waste, “ultra clean” workshop in general with few mistakes of leakage, and the raw and auxiliary materials containing a variety of toxic and hazardous substances with many toxic wastes generated[3, 4].
This not only spends a considerable amount of material and energy, but also brings serious load to ecological environment.
The finished products rate of the electronic enterprises is generally 70%~98%, but the waste generated in production also consume the raw materials and energy, and which will inevitably result in the increase of the resource and energy consumption.
For example, for some enterprise, in the case of the average rate of the finished products is 94.2%, the annual main material and energy consumption because of the wastes is shown in Table 1.

Nowadays some large waste treatment plants were built according to region features and garbage composition, and the main pre-sorting methods include magic sorting, sieve sorting, wind sorting, and paper-plastic departing technique and so on, and the complex waste mixtures will be divided into a number different kind of components, such as anaerobic fermentation materials, recycled materials and landfill materials finally then are treated respectively [4].

There are
two ways to make it to saturation, one is extend the dissolving air time, the other is advance the
transmitting-material coefficient.
Extending the dissolving air time will extend the treatment time, so we should advance the transmitting-material coefficient LK to achieve saturation
(1) Relation between efficiency of dissolving air and the transmitting-material coefficient The transmit victory of air is proportionable to pulling force, as: ∆⋅= LKN (1) Where: ∆ --transmitting-material pulling force, air dissolve is controlled by liquid film, shown by chroma difference of liquid form, CC −=∆ * , C --the chroma of air in water, * C --the solubility of air in water to saturation; LK --The total transmitting-material coefficient.
