Material and methods
Preparation of silk fibroin solution
The degummed of silk fibroin completely according to 1:25 (m/w) bath than room temperature in 50% CaCl2 swelling for one hour, then 95 ˚C water dissolved 5-10min, until the silk dissolved all.

Abstract: The hot-film flow sensors accurately measure the intake flow of engine.
The fact that the sensor adopts the structure of hot-film will lead to the size effect, and then the thermal conductivity rate of thin film material will decrease [5].
