Reverse Design and the Key Technologies Reverse design is a means to develop new products which comprehensive applies theoretical methods of modern industrial design, production engineering, materials science and related expertise.
In the the process of modeling, innovative design could been execute from the materials, processes, modeling detail, human factors, etc.
But for products which shape is more complex and made of soft materials, the adaptability is poor, the measuring speed is slow.

Inventory and inventory management
From the logistics point of view, inventory is temporarily the idle resources of economic value in order to meet the future needs, is storage of various materials for the purpose of supporting the production, maintenance, operations and customer service, including raw materials and the products, repair parts and production supplies, finished products and spare parts. In principle, any business needs some level of inventory to meet the possible fluctuations in the production and sales process; but excess inventory easily make enterprises get into the situation of cash flow problems [1].
(1) Identification of the key points of customer quality (CTQ) The project CTQ includes: raw materials and in-process inventory should be sufficient to ensure the continued operation of production; inventory should be controlled at a low level, thereby enhancing the cash flow rate and reduce the cost of capital; finished goods inventory should be sufficient to ensure the delivery rate
Table 1 The final weight table of Quality Function Deployment Y weight delivery rate plan materials costs reduce costs of materials reduce running costs Total c 5 5 5 1 1 1 65 d 3 1 5 3 1 1 33 e 5 3 3 5 5 5 105 Total 43 39 35 29 27 c: Just-in-time delivery; d: Ensure continuous operation of the production process; e: Maintain the turnover rate of funds at a certain level From Table 1, we can see that “ensure the delivery rate at a certain level”, “Accurate production and purchasing plan” and “maintain inventory at a lower level” are the three heaviest weight operational measurements which are the three key Step 2 Define performance standards of the performance index In the step 1, we identified the key quality characteristics.

In this paper, linear elastic mode was selected to simulate the contact characteristics of coarse-grained soils particles and parallel-bond model to simulate the contact characteristics of a small quantity of the cement materials between particles.
Additional, the residual strength of the cemented coarse-grained soils are very close with that of the coarse-grained soils because the cemented coarse-grained soils material become similar to the coarse-grained soils material after all cement bonds broken.
The cemented coarse-grained soils material is similar to the coarse-grained soils material when all cement bonds broken. 2.

(a) Processing 1; (b) Processing 2 Fig. 3 SEM micrographs of the specimens Fig. 4 TEM micrograph of the specimen in processing 2 3.3 Cold forming properties analysis Annealing heat treatment in hardened materials induces the occurrence of phenomena such as recovery, recrystallization and grain growth, resulting in microstructural changes and in the restoration of physical properties of the material in levels prior to the deformation.
The recovery of the CP-Ti material caused significant decrease in microhardness after annealing [10, 11].
