Manganese-oxidizing bacteria
The manganese-oxidizing bacteria were cultured from the mature biofilter in key laboratory of Beijing for water quality science and water environment recovery engineering. 10ml filter taken from the biofilter was stirred with water in beaker and then grinded in a grinder to make the bacteria separated from the filter.
