Fiber-optic sensors can be embedded in concrete, carbon fiber reinforced plastic and various composite materials for testing stress relaxation, stress and dynamic load of construction so as to assess the stress of short-term bridge, the construction phase and long-term operating performance of the structures.

Soil optimum moisture content and maximum dry density which deciding to the compaction characteristics are the important index influencing the soil base material strength and modulus of the size and the important factor[2] .The compacting curve of the three kinds of soil samples is shown in fig 1.

Numerous studies have shown that increasing the spindle speed reduces the cutting force [5, 6], and an increase in spindle speed results in a reduced amount of material being removed per cut.
The principal reason for this is related to the material properties of the polystyrene foam.
