Nowadays some large waste treatment plants were built according to region features and garbage composition, and the main pre-sorting methods include magic sorting, sieve sorting, wind sorting, and paper-plastic departing technique and so on, and the complex waste mixtures will be divided into a number different kind of components, such as anaerobic fermentation materials, recycled materials and landfill materials finally then are treated respectively [4].

Introduction
With the fast development of Chinese industrialization and the rapid increase of the energy source and chemically raw material in production and traffic, the safety is important [1,4].
Its purpose is that hopes to implement the strategy of ensuring production safety through science & technology and take a good fundamental turn for the safe production.

Currently on the surface (especially drinking water sources, reservoirs, rivers, etc.) monitoring is mainly by arranging personnel to monitor implementation to realize, and it is too dangerous to employ persons monitoring in some places, and both need to invest a lot of manpower and material resources; In order to solve these problems, some also use the camera is used to real-time monitoring in some scene, but still need person to stand beside the terminal equipment, and unable to respond to monitor conditions in real time and accurately.

When the thickness of the base material is 0.55mm, the samples were broken at the loading rate of 1,2,2.5mm/min.
It can be seen that 0.55mm is not suitable base material thickness for peeling test.
