Getting the material with SPS, the micro-structure was observed.
The micro-structure of SiC is mainly lamellar structure and the Tungsten did not infiltrate the SiC.
The amount of globular structure is very small.

Other than all these, ultrasonic was found to be very helpful in improving the cryogel structured by increasing the reaction rates and yields of product, shortening the reaction time, altering the reaction path and making milder reaction conditions (lower temperature) possible [6].

In this paper we will present results that address both the issue of selectivity to plasma damaged ELK
interfaces and Cu surface passivation for preventing CuOx regrowth using a novel fluoride free,
neutral, aqueous cleaning chemistry.
Fig 4 shows the cross sectional SEM images of extended processing in a solvent fluoride chemistry and the new formulation for 10min at 25°C.
