Introduction Due to the excellent properties of electrical ,magnetic, catalytic and optical performance ,the nano precious metals material has won wide attention from people , and widely used in many fields , such as photodevelopment , catalysis , biomarker , photonics , optoelectronics , information storage and surface enhancement effect , etc[1,2] .
For instance , nano silver materials was used for wire and switch of nano-electronic devices , and as the composite materials for the development of new conductive , biological medicine and effective catalysts,etc[3] .Research shows that property of the metallic nano material largely depends on shape ,size ,composition ,structure and crystallinity of the particle ,so the feature of nanoparticles can be controlled through the adjustment of the parameters mentioned above.
The function Materials experimental group in Wu Yi University successfully prepared the nano-silver lamella in thickness 30 to 100nm ,and the shape triangle , hexagon or little flakes.

Once the tensile stress at the fissure tip exceeds the micro tensile strength of the material under certain stress combination, the length and width of the fissure will increase.
The cracked soil will be treated as an orthogonal aeolotropic material, the stiffness in the direction orthogonal to the orientation of the crack should be reduced and in the other direction the properties of the material should not be changed.

However, without p-type TCO materials, the fabrication of p-n junctions is impossible.
Nickel oxide (NiO) is a candidate for p-type TCO materials because its band gap in the range of 3.6 to 4.0 eV.

Laboratory analysis of pathologic materials confirmed that this disease was caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV).
This article tries to find out the genetic relationships amongst eight virus strains of pathologic materials acquired from pig farms located in Suining, Leshan, Jiuzhai, Aba and etc., totally 8 different regions.
The PEDV was first isolated from the pathologic materials and the cloned and sequenced its M gene, in the following steps, sequence comparison and bioinformatics analysis was then conducted.
