Laccase can catalyze the oxidation of many aromatic compounds, especially phenols, has been applied in many areas such as the textile industry, paper industry, utilization of biological resources, environmental protection, hazardous substance conversion and new energy development fields, and become an environment-friendly material in recent years[6-9].
Laccase was purchased from science and technology in Bailingwei.Diesel is a kind of 0#diesels and N-Hexane (Beijing Chemical Plant, China) is introduced as an extracting agent in the detecting procedure.

Copper-constantan thermocouples and Nickel-Chromium/Copper-Iron thermocouples are used as temperature sensor (made in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China).
It is accepted widely that the thermal contact resistance results from the heat flux contraction, due to the engineering material surface roughness.
To reducing the thermal contact resistance, the softer material is usually applied between the contact surfaces to make interstice filled fully.

Materials and methods
Study area and sample collection. 22 road dust samples and 24 surface soil samples (0-10 cm depth) were collected from 3 functional areas (a total of six locations) in Shanghai (Fig.1) in October 2010.
An Industrial Area (IA) consisting of a chemical industrial complex, a waste-to-energy plant, and a construction materials market.
The highest concentration of deca-BDE was found in the surface dust from D5 (Changnan construction materials market), primarily because deca-BDE is a major commercial brominated flame retardant that is commonly added to construction materials.

Besides, the United States, Britain, Canada and other developed countries put forward some new strategy with reviving manufacturing as a core, trying to seize the commanding heights of the future development of new industries such as new energy, new materials, aerospace, sensor networks and other emerging fields.
These industries such as new energy, new material, information industry, biological breeding and electric cars are facing fierce competitions, so it is harder to say that they can all become bigger and stronger in the new round of development tide.
It is needed to remould the heavy pollution industries such as chemical and building materials industry by using environmental protecting technical renovation, remould the energy-intensive industries such as iron and steel and nonferrous metal industry by using energy-saving technology, and expand the integration and development of deep process technology of agricultural products such as rice, citrus , tea and pigs.
