Along with the quality requirements of injection molding products are improved continuously and the injection molding materials continue to emerge, more attention to optimization design of NRV is done.
Polycarbonate (PC) is chosen as the material of the simulation.
But when NRV3 is close nearly half, the pressure drops suddenly, because large material discharge emerged.
On the contrary, as the angle is 75 °, it is good for stressed of parts but bad for the flow of material, because of the relative large channel corner.

Abstract.
Materials and Methods The experimental material was a commercial steel rebar of HRB400E which was a vanadium containing high strength seismic rebar, its specifications was Ф16.
When material occurs solid phase transformation, the specific volume of the low temperature phase and the high temperature phase are often different, the phase transition should cause the volume change and destroy the purely linear relationship between temperature and the length, so the inflection point should appear by the discontinuous change.

The impeller is generally made of cast iron, bronze, titanium alloy and manganese bronze, as well as non-metallic material [1].
The integral titanium alloy impeller is very difficult to machine because of the complicated structure and the special titanium alloy material.
The cutter material has a great effect on machining of the titanium alloy impeller.
In the practical manufacturing, the hard alloy and the polycrystalline diamond are the ideal cutter material for machining of the titanium alloy [2].

Spectral resolution, spectral coverage, and signal-to-noise ratio of the spectrometer plays an important role in actual detection of materials.
Detection of minerals is also dependent on the abundance of the material and the strength of absorption features for that material in the wavelength region measured [2].
The obtained spectra can be compared with laboratory spectra in order to identify and map surface materials.
