As part of the workpiece materials of will be cut away in the later trimming process, the thickness is only required to be in compliance with that of corresponding part of the trimmed workpiece during quality test.
Since the materials at Point C will be cut away in the later trimming process, Point B will be the final thickening position of components.
According to measurement on the corresponding positions of material object, the minimum thickness at Point A and Point B is 1.926mm and 3.164mm respectively.
However, if original process is adopted in production, the thinning and thickening of workpiece materials can not meet the requirement of production quality test.

Introduction Transparent conductive oxide (TCO) films as a kind of special materials have good electrical conductivity and high transparency in the visible spectrum.
TCO films have been widely used for window materials in optoelectronic devices such as soalr cells, organic light emitting diodes, tuch panel and flat panel display [1].

The mentioned working conditions of the surgical instrumentarium determine the selection of materials that should ensure reliable utilization.
The main group of metallic materials applied in surgical instrumentarium are martensitic [1].
Corrosion resistance is one of the basic requirements for all commercial materials.
Materials and testing methodology The research was conducted on the samples of diameter d = 14 mm made of X39Cr13 martensitic steel in the annealed condition.

Analysis of the Columnar Lens Grating Used for Auto-stereoscopic Three Dimensional Printing with Different Sizes Ruirui Qin 1, a, Wencai Xu 1,b and Shiyong Luo 1,c 1Beijing Key Laboratory of Printing & Packaging Materials and Technology, Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, Beijing 102600,China aqinruirui2010@126.com, bxuwencai@bigc.edu.cn, cshiyluo@bigc.edu.cn Keywords: Auto-stereoscopic three dimensional printing, Columnar lens grating, Optical path analysis, Practical analysis Abstract.
Columnar lens grating is the most common, the most used and the most mature grating materials in market of auto-stereoscopic 3D printing [2].
As columnar lens grating is transparent materials with image-separated function, it can be used in the manufacture of auto-stereoscopic 3D printing on a large scale.
When preparing a column lens grating, the refractive index and of the columnar lens are determinate if the material of grating are determined.

Feature recognition is often only too simple shape effectively, and the property which required by CAPP such as tolerances and materials is still lacking.
Including the title bar information (such as parts, drawing No., designers, design date), parts and materials, did not note the roughness information
(3) Heat-treated material characteristics The collection of information about the material of the part and heat-treated, just like the material performance, heat-treated methods, hardness value, etc
To achieve the above requirements of the feature database, feature library should contain a complete product definition data, and to realize a complete description of the management features, technical features, shape features, as well as the accuracy of the features and features of the material.

Most of the ash and slag are deposited as landfill, except only a small amount are utilized as the raw material for concrete or brick manufacture [2-4].
And another two kinds of glass: (i) 9.0 wt.% BaO (from BaCO3) + 9.1 wt.% CaO (from CaCO3) + 82.8 wt.% fly ash and (ii) 9.2 wt.% Na2O (from Na2CO3) + 21.4 wt.% CaO (from CaCO3) + 14.5 wt.% Al2O3+ 54.9 wt.% SiO2 were selected as reference materials and the glasses were named as FB and FC respectively.
