Introduction Electrical discharge machining is a non-conventional method of machining mainly used for cutting difficult to machine materials which are electrically conductive.
The materials of the electrodes are either metallic (a copper, an alloy of tungsten and copper, steel, brass, etc.), non-metal (graphite), or composite (copper-graphite composition) [2].

The material in the range of less than 2.5mm is similar to powder.
The materials from 10mm to 2.5mm are slag and broken bricks.
The little size material similar to powder plays main role, because of its power water absorption.

For "machine" and "environment" two factors ,sensors are used, such as: scaffolding sensors collection points, electrical equipment and machinery sensors collection points, beams, columns shear wall and other structure parts sensors collection points, material quality sensors collection points and so on.
The more number of experts, the more accurate of the engineering data and the smaller error there is. 3.1The analysis of sensor's output data Each item’s degree of membership of safety state can be obtained based on several sensors’ output data of the scaffolding, electrical equipment and machinery, beams, columns, and shear walls and materials quality.
Therefore, this scaffolding engineering of construction project should describe to be state Ⅰ(security). 3.2 The safety state prediction of each sub-project construction According to the step of 3.1, get the safety state of electrical equipment and machinery, beams, columns, and shear walls, materials quality, human factors and management factor in turn.
The results are as follows, the state of scaffolding is Ⅰ, the state of electrical equipment and machinery is Ⅱ, the state of beams, columns, and shear walls is Ⅰ, the state of materials quality is Ⅱ, the state of human factors is Ⅰ, the state of management factor is Ⅱ.

Water contaminants include inorganic, organic, and biological materials, some of which directly affect water quality, whereas others indirectly cause physical, chemical, or biological changes [1,2].
These sludge materials can gather and coat the insides of the pipes.
Each section consists of two cells: the first one is filled with iron filings mixed with a special dispersed material (in this cell the corrosion initiates extraction of iron ions that coagulate with surfactant molecules); the second cell is the vessel in which the liquid filtered through the first one gets accumulated.
