The microstructures of the raw material and the last samples were characterized by a scanning electron microscope.
The density of ceramic is closely related to the material composition, the sintering process and the other conditions.
The presence of small cracks or defects in the ceramic leads to the fracture of the material.

It can been seen that oxygen content is more than standard ones, which is supposed to be caused by surface oxidation during running under high temperature or oxide inclusions existed in the material.
×100 ×500 Fig.6 Metallographic pictures of guide roller A large number of big holes existed in the material of guide roller, shown as 100 times phase diagram.
These big holes were potential crack sources during running process of guide roller which were extremely unfavorable to the properties of materials.

Introduction At present, tungsten metal material production is the main method used in powder metallurgy tungsten powder or alloy powder compaction, sintering.
Differential thermal analysis method is at the same temperature to be measured in the system and the reference material to a certain speed heating or cooling, curve recording system tested and does not change the temperature difference between the base material and time.
When the tested system with phase change, because there are endothermic or exothermic reaction, then measured reference material system and reference temperature difference will change, so as to obtain the differential thermal curve reaction endothermic or exothermic Gu Huofeng, according to the curve to determine the phase transition temperature.

These data include: (1) Production planning data, including the rolling sequence, coil material information (material thickness, target thickness, width, steel, weight, etc
(2) Coil defect data, including raw material defect data, pickling section defect data, artificial input defect data, etc
For the pickling line and tandem cold mill, the coil was tracking when hot rolled raw material coil was placed to pickling entrance walking beam, and tracking ended when the product coil was removed from exit walking beam.

The corrosion performance of metal materials in marine environments is a fundamental data requirement for service life prediction, corrosion risk and safety analysis and assessment of all marine engineering structures.
As so far, many research attempts on corrosion behavior of different metal materials in sea water have been done[4,5].
Experimental material and method Experimental material is 16Mn and X42 sample, the chemical constitutions of 16Mn and X42 steel are shown in the following table1.

Introduction Sliding friction testing is proposed as a protocol for evaluating the friction and wear behavior of dental materials [1-3].
Materials and Methods The plane samples of one kind of dental ceramics (Vita VMK95) were selected and investigated by sliding against Si3N4 ball on a modified DELTALAB-NENE fretting friction and wear test rig, using synthetic saliva as the lubricant medium at 37.
However, fracture is weak and leads to a little material removal.

a)before simplification b) after simplification Fig. 1 Cycloid gear and output mechanism assembly model Because the simplified model had set dowel pin bush and output dowel pin as a whole model, take materials of cycloid gear and output dowel pin were all GCr15SiMn.
The corresponding materials properties are, elastic modulus , Poisson's ratio.
a) b) Fig. 2 Cycloid gear and output mechanism finite element model The decision of boundary condition Because materials of the output dowel pin and cycloid gear are same, the contact actions between them are belong to the face to face contact in Flexible body-Flexible body.

Newman[1] has shown that about 80% of the fatigue life were consumed for crack growth from about 10um to failure on a variety of materials.
So it is convenient to distribute a property for each voxel this is important in functionally graded material modeling based on voxel model.
The threshold is set at 0.005 (exterior material correlated).
