Nickel oxide shows great advantages as one of new and efficient anode materials of thin film lithium ion battery for its higher specific capacity than carbon anode and its higher melting point than the metal lithium which will be damaged during the reflow solder process[2].
When the nano-NiO thin films are used as a anode material in lithium battery, advantages will assure a higher reversible capacity, reversible capacity, long cycle life when increase the current density of charge-discharge.
