Through the optimization of community construction methods, which mainly includes the carbon reduction measures in ecological environment, low carbon construction, energy-saving, green traffic, resource recycle, renewable energy, usage of reclaimed water, low carbon life and etc. to ensure the residents could take the energy saving measures and try best to saving and improving the energy and resource such like electricity, oil, gas, water and waste(could be transformed into carbon emissions) to reduce the carbon emission.
Development should also adapted multi-function methods to reduce the frequency and distance of residents’ travel; (3) preserve the city green land, improve the natural cycle system, make use of the water, land and grass to increase the carbon sinks ability of the city ; Wang Jianguo, Wang Xinping(2011) put forward of present space level of city development mode including unreasonable urban space structure and space layout, poor arrangement within work, life and service allocation, and the separations between working and living areas, which has led to a series of non-centralized travel actions, Meanwhile they put forward the design idea of new green city .
They also think it is necessary to introduce the planning concept and methods to the urban and countryside management system Ye Changdong, Zhou Chunshan (2010) put forward and explained the 4 basic circumstances for building low carbon community: community based on location space, community based on professionals, community based on living space and community based on virtual space.
The low carbon urban community could be divided into below 4 types based on the space type: (1) Location space: the gather place of various scale of population, specially mean the community that have been circled by the core city roads or borders with corresponding population scale and complete set of perfect public service facilities that could meet the material and cultural demands of the residents in the community; (2) Professional space: The human activity space comes from the expansion of working space. (3) Life space: The team or place for people to exchange, entertainment with people with similar interests.
Combined with the legal planning control system (including energy saving standard, use standard for renewable energy, penetration standards for rainstorm, square requirement of Solar panel, the ecology and deoxygenating capacity, waste management and usage of renovated water) to improve the feasibility and enforceability of the low carbon community planning, and finally achieve the community general objective of sustainable development.

Other supportive emergency works: cracks were rammed down and covered, and emergency survey and professional monitoring were started.
The comprehensive control plan was earth removal and load reduction + anti-slide pile + surface water interception and drainage.
In order to assess the result of emergency handling works, the headquarters organized a professional team to perform monitoring and early warning of the landslide.
Arrangement of the monitoring network, with 23 professional monitoring points, was completed on June 29, and four times of monitoring was conducted in each monitoring point every day.
Temporary water steering and drainage and crack covering and luting.

Bio corrosion is primarily caused by water regime, temperature changes and chemical compounds produced by microorganism during chemosynthesis and photosynthesis [3].
Cyanobacteria and algae keep water from air humidity in the special mucilage sheath and thus survive during unfavorable period.
Depending on the amount of water retention, they expand and contract, while putting pressure on the substrate [3] and [5].
Protective methods and technologies eliminating biodegradation of building materials are feasible with difficulties, expensive and also environmentally problematic (contamination of surface water, sewage contamination of water by chemical substances containing heavy metals) [7].
Records about all finished interventions must be kept in the usage manual and can be used for statistical assessment of their frequency, costs, difficulty and work of professionals, etc.

It may happen to collapse the surrounding rock, or spray water and gushing mud, etc.
Since the rapid progress of the pilot tunnel construction, professional engineers have to deal with the acquisition data timely processing, interpretation, and timely feedback to the constructer.
Figure 2 The line layout of geological radar Typical Sample The sample of fissure water prediction .
It is speculated to fissure water development or rich water fault by experience, but the moisture content is unable to be judged; and the bad geological body across the heading face, the whole range cannot be judged, so it may have dangers such as sudden mud, water and other geological disasters.
The excavating verifies that the bad geological body is the plentiful of water fault.

Further, it tackles the issue of water use as well as the greenhouse gas emissions.
For example, designing on-site water retention systems can lead to downsizing or eliminating storm water conveyance pipes.
· Solar Hot Water Heating: It is used to produce domestic hot water: It is estimated that 80% of the domestic hot water requirements of the facility will be covered by the solar system; thus, drastically saving on electricity and diesel [18]
· Saving water: Water saving fixtures are used like double flush toilets and flow limiting lavatory mixers [18]
· Energy & Water Consumption monitoring: The building is equipped with energy and water meters to monitor with accuracy its energy & water consumption.

On the other hand, measures which affect economic development professionals, are processes of supply chains, which are easiest to measure in terms of their effectiveness and efficiency, as well as, these activities, traditionally, are the most important part of the business.
Below are some described solutions, that are used by companies to transform their traditional supply chain into a Sustainable Supply Chain: - water stewardship – the company shall endeavor to efficient use of water.
Due to the fact that several of the surveyed enterprises in their production processes use water, first they use the water of the highest quality, second, they treat water as a finite natural resource.
One of the innovative solution, such as the use of high-efficiency water reclamation system equipped with a specialized membrane bioreactor, has enabled the company to achieve the rate of water recovery on 75%, - emissions and energy use – all companies are aware that conducting their business, requires large amounts of energy, but also generates a high level of emissions of pollutants into atmosphere.

The topics that will be presented in this Volume will be going to the encounter of a variety of scientific and engineering disciplines, such as chemical, civil, agricultural, mechanical engineering, etc…The book is divided 10 chapters that intend to be a resume of the current state of knowledge for benefit of professional colleagues, scientists, students, practitioners, lecturers and other interested parties to network.
In Chapter 4, Fernandes Magalhães et al. provide a numerical study of the water/oil separation process through the tubular ceramic membrane.
In Chapter 5, Oliveira et al. present a numerical study of the flow of oil and water in cylindrical ducts with an elliptical cross-section by using the Ansys CFX software.
Results of the velocity, pressure and volumetric fraction distributions of the oil and water phases are presented and analyzed.
This is followed by Chapter 6, by Verusca de Oliveira Lopes et al. who present an analysis of the performance of a concentrating hydrocyclone in the separation of ore and water by CFD.

It is evident pursuant to available sources and professional literature that the remedial intervention is not always definite; it is not an exception that the biotic deterioration is manifested repeatedly.
If we focus on the state of stuff and discolouring, orientation of the facility towards cardinal points, wood and vegetation species, proximity of watercourses and stretches of water, industrial pollution in the surroundings; the characteristics of environment is globally described.
Although the scope of the sample related to the described case of the monitored prefabricated houses is very small, it is possible to deduce from executed diagnostics, laboratory and territorial analyses it is possible to deduce environmental criteria that may assist or support biotic attacks in façades, which is also confirmed by professional literature dealing with this area under examination.
The criteria are as follows: From the aerobiology area, contributing to the spread of fungal spores, by which means there is a certain amount of spores in the environment (for example, Gubler et al., 1994 [10] found out that Cladosporium spores are spread by air, and et Alto even across the ocean); The effect of temperature, minimum and maximum, which is not favourable for the growth of microorganisms on the façade s of prefabricated buildings; From the area of object localization, the influence of predominant weather conditions, the effects of industrial pollution a exhalation, and water area.

Xuegong Xu(2001) pointed out the need to strengthen water conservancy of “lead, lose, build, row, irrigation, prevention” engineering support, and to strengthen the ecological engineering construction, the management of oil and other industrial pollution, construction and managing estuarine and coastal wetland nature reserve; so that we can establish ecological risk monitoring and management systems.
