By using of object oriented programming technology [2], the actual design components and the complex logical and spatial relationship between them can described as intelligent objects with engineering properties in AutoCAD.
The core idea of 3D solid building information model is to create and maintain the real time and consistent engineering data between design stages [3, 4].
By extracting and processing the geometric and engineering data from the 3D solid model, the components and parts are merged and numbered and the detailed drawings are drawn, which is the significant difference between traditional methods.

Abstract: The safety control of tunnel construction of urban shallow buried adjacent existing buildings is the new problems we have met this year in tunnel construction design.
Meng-shu Wang, the academician of Chinese academy of engineering, point out that ‘the tunnel and underground space well develop greatly in the period in the 21st century’ in the viewpoint of sustainable development.
According to the connection project of Jiao Zhou Bay subsea tunnel to Qingdao, we analyze the Risk of engineering construction to adjacent existing buildings.
Summary This text analysis the construction stability of Jiaozhou Bay tunnel connection engineering by building the simulation model.
