Fire tests on protected concrete elements
The fire behavior of protected concrete elements was studied with four fire tests conducted on the small horizontal furnace at EMPA (Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology) in Dübendorf.
This confirms the validity of the material properties assumed for the HPC tested in fire.

Sustainable development
The concept of sustainable development from ecology, control theory "principle of sustainable self generation",and later evolved into an international terminology.The connotation of sustainable development can be understood from three aspects:first, needs, development is to meet human needs;secondly, limit, restrict human behavior is subject to nature;again, fair, said the intergenerational, contemporary people, human nature and the other biological material group between different countries, different regions, between the fair.The connotation of sustainable development embodied the principles of fairness, sustainability and common[9].
3.1 Evaluation model of sustainable development
The degree of sustainable development(Abbreviated DSD) is a comprehensive index to describe the sustainable development of ecological demonstration area as a whole state, directly reflects the state of regional development and the level of development, sustainable development system

Namely, we take the caustic calcined dolomite as raw material, silicone react with caustic calcined dolomite as reduction agent, at the same time, adding the heating in the desulfurizing agent to carry out exothermic reaction, the released thermal in the reaction rises the temperature of the desulfurizing agent system, the new technology that the produced magnesium is directly desulfurized in hot metal is necessary.
