However, as for the tensile strength and fatigue resistance of the materials, inhomogeneous structure is usually not preferred because there is high stress concentration around the end of the filler particles while a large portion of rubber matrix is not reinforced.
It is therefore worthwhile to introduce a second filler into the rubber/clay nanocompounds, in order to further improve material properties.

Introduction The use of organic materials like polymers in vapor sensors has been recognized to hold better promise for chemical specificity and systematic design of custom-made set of sensor elements [1].
Recently, conducting polymers, such as polypyrrole (PPy) [2], polyaniline(PAN)[3], polythiophene(PTh)[4], have been focused on as sensing materials due to the advantages of gas sensing ability, excellent performance at room temperature.
So, researches have been centered on chemically incorporating PPy within the matrix of other stabilizing materials [5,6], and PPy-insulator polymer composite using PVC [7], PTFE [8], PAI [9] and PMMA [10] have been studied as the supporting matrixes.

Although approximately 80% of coal ashes are utilized, most of which are low value applications such as land fill or raw material for cement replacing clay[1].
The use of fly ash as cementitious materials in concrete is still limitted for various reasons.
In the series 2 experiment, the air-entraining agent was regulated in order to get target air content, and other materials were used as the base mix proportion.

This mineral has can be used as the source of making titanium metal, titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigment and material for photo catalysts.
The utilization of Indonesia ilmenite to produce economically valuable material remains an interesting research topic due to abundant ilmenite reserves of more than 40 million tonnes[1].
Material The starting ilmenite used in this research is a natural ilmenite or iron titanate (FeTiO3) as by- product of tin production in Bangka Indonesia.

The utilization of nanoparticle filled composite materials in many different engineering fields has undergone a tremendous increase.
In some situations, these materials may experience serious damage during the drilling of the nanoparticle-reinforced polymer (NRP) composite materials, such as fiber pullout, matrix delamination, and cracking.
The use of nanoparticulate composite materials has experienced an enormous increase in many different engineering fields as mentioned earlier.
