Using measurement and quantitative analysis of plate camber, process data analysis of the plate, equipment monitoring and operation adjustment, a systematical diagnostic strategy of plate camber has been carried out.
On the contrary, as for the plate, the camber easily presents in the asymmetrical deformation while apparent waves does not occur even when there exists reduction difference at the two sides of the plate.
Analysis and Diagnosis Based on Sample Data and Process Data of Rolling Control System. (1) Plate wedge diagnosis The unit width volume before and after the deformation remains the same in the hypothesis that there is no lateral metal flow in the rolling process.
Meanwhile, the value of plate off-tracking and the roll gap inclination difference can be obtained with the analysis of processing and measured data.
(2) Based the influence of plate camber, a diagnostic strategy for plate camber has been carried out on the foundation of the measurement and quantitative analysis for plate camber, processing data analysis of the plate, equipment monitoring and operation adjustment

A WaterCAD hydraulic network model of the existing Ikpoba Hill Benin City water distribution system was constructed and calibrated for steady state simulation studies using the network's physical, operational and calibration data.
(4) Reduction of human suffering.
The model was constructed in 3 steps of minimal model skeletonization [3], model building and model calibration based on the network's physical and operational data applying rules available in the literature, e.g. [3, 8, 9].
Operational data were also obtained from the Water Board.
To use the base hydraulic model as a predictive tool, it was calibrated [9,10] using calibration data consisting of pressure measurements at 3 locations in the network and operating conditions for selected test days [10].

These data enable an evaluation of the Kearns orientation parameter (f) defined in terms of the effective fraction of basal poles in a specified direction.
It has been demonstrated that the Kearns f-factor can be related to the tube-reduction parameters such as the wall reduction and diametral decrease that control the crystallographic texture of the formed product.
The axial and hoop strains were monitored in-situ using an LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transducer) and a laser telemetric extensometers respectively while the data were recorded by a PC.
It is clear that there is a large error in this data point due mainly to the very small diametral decrease in uniaxial loading.
Data on the effect of annealing temperature on Kearns f-factor included in Table 2 are plotted for the normal or radial direction in Figure 7 that shows f decreasing during recrystallization.

For strength reduction method [4], the safe factor was defined as the reduction degree for the shear strength of rock mass when the geotechnical engineering just reached critical damage condition (Duncan 1996) [5].
This strength reduction method applied to explicit finite difference method could be expressed as: keep the gravity acceleration of geotechnical engineering as a constant.
A group of new strength index C' and j' were obtained by reducing the shear strength parameters gradually, that is, the values of C and j were divided by reduction factor Fs.
The geotechnical engineering safety factor could be obtained as Eq. (2) and (3): C' = C / Fs (2) j'=arctan(tanj/Fs) (3) Where,C is the cohesion of soil, C' is the cohesion of soil after reduction, j is the angle of internal friction, j' is the angle of internal friction after reduction.
Calculations parameter. The calculated parameters were selected based on the data of the test [6] .Weight degree of landslide mass is 1900 N/m3 at natural state, and 2020N/m3 at saturation state.

Meshfree methods need only nodal data to build the approximation.
The maximum reduction in KI is found 54.2% for a crack length of 15 mm.
Reduction in stress field at patch repaired side can be clearly seen from Fig. 6.
A substantial reduction in stress intensity factor is observed due to the presence of patch.
About 50% reduction in SIF is observed for a crack length of 15 mm.

However, for high semiangles (α ≥ 12º), coincidences appear between plane strain results for a particular reduction and axisymmetrical ones for a lower reduction.
Besides, results are more similar as the reduction increases.
FEM-Wistreich results for µ = 0,03 and different reductions In Fig. 6, results for µ = 0,03 and two values of reduction (r = 0,30 and r = 0,40) are gathered.
A wide range of reductions is taken, from r = 0,1 to r = 0,4; a Coulomb friction coefficient µ = 0,1 and a die semiangle α = 5,5º.
In the same figure, experimental data obtained by Lueg and Pomp are drawn.

Reagents were used in the analysis of pure grade, samples were used during national standard reference material(GBW-08501)to analyze the quality control.Arsenic standard solution purchased from the National Research Center, and sample measurement results are within the allowable error range,3 replicates per treatment. 2.2.2 Pb, Cd concentrations determination Digestion solution after filtration constant volume, by atomic absorption spectrometry, 3 replicates each treatment. 2.3 Data processing and mapping SPSS17.0,Excel2003 and Origin7.5 were used in the study to analyze the experimental data. 3 Results and Analysis 3.1 Reduction effect P. vittata L. leaves quality were shown in Table 1 before and after incineration, which were incinerated at different temperatures for 4h.
According to figure 1, 70 °C for dry fresh and yellow leaf in the normal data arsenic determination result after drying, it is commonly measured arsenic content (dry weight), which can be seen through incineration conversion pinna of arsenic has declined, which indicates whether it is the normal growth of fresh leaves, the natural growth or yellow leaves, after a muffle furnace incineration, with its arsenic volatilization temperature increasing trend, under the experimental conditions, fresh attractives at 800°C arsenic volatilizing loss is the largest, while the dry naturally the most volatile at 400 degrees.
Thus obtained that, when incineration were setting at 400°C, the samples has the maximum quality loss, minimum amount of arsenic volatilization, comply with the requirement of treatment and postproduction :"quality reduction, arsenic volatilization harmless" .Analysis of results, 400°C is the optimum temperature incineration.
From the energy point of view, incineration of natural yellow leaves were better than the other treatments in realizing the reduction, resource and reusing

Introduction Mineral grinding is a size reduction process in essence, its main purpose and mission are depart the most of useful dissociating minerals from gangue when crushing the run-of-mine Mineral.Almost all mineral processing plants use mills for the size reduction of particles prior to physical and chemical processing.Continuation of milling beyond that required for size reduction leads to mechanical activation, the energy causing a steady-state particle size due to breakage and realloying of particles.especially in the mining[1], almost each concentrator plant has a grinding process, Research data shows that in mineral processing, comminution accounts for a substantial portion of the energy consumed in the plant, almost 60%.

Static and dynamic pressure bearing ball mill The current trend in industry is to run turbo machines at high speeds in order to make them compact and reduce mass.It is found that the performance of ordinary circular or multi-lobe bearings is not very satisfactory .To improve the stability of these bearings, pressure dams are incorporated in these bearings. The analytical dynamic analysis[5-7]has shown that the cylindrical pressure-dam bearings are found to be very stable. Also an experimental stability analysis of such types of bearings [8]showed that the analytical stability analysis provides the general trends in the experimental data.
Gansu Longnanxi and Fuli processing plant adopted the first QSZ-1530 center drive mill [11], effectively increased the processing capacity by 0.33 t/h, overflow fineness increased 11 percentage points; and the center drive mill installed capacity reduced 20 kW compared with the specifications of the ball mill, measured the power reduction of 25kW, In a word,a reduction of 28.4%, thus we can expected annual energy-saving would arrived at 183600 kW •h compared with Qingyangxia concentrator plant, which adopted the lattice type ball mill.

AFM analysis Although SEM analysis (data not shown) indicated that the PPy-drug coated on Ti samples possessed a smooth PPy film coating, AFM at high magnificantion showed significant nanoroughness of the PPy thin films (Fig 3).
In the curve fitting of C 1s, C-F was found on PPy[Dex]-Ti (data not shown); thus may indicate a small amount of Dex within PPy membranes.
Both oxidation and reduction, which preserve the electroactivity of PPy membranes, can be observed within the first 5 cycles of CV.
However, only the reduction peak was observed after 5 cycles, due to the irreversible release of the anionic P/S molecules.
After 25 cycles, the reduction peak was not observed, as shown in Fig. 5 (a).
