Optical band gap of Ag2Te varies from 1.6 eV to 1.8 eV with respect to their corresponding thicknesses of films Introduction The chalcogenide materials like metallic chalcogenides are phase change materials with technological importance for read-write optical [1] and electrical [2,3] storage because they can be switched rapidly back and forth between amorphous and crystalline phases by applying appropriate heat pulses.
In thin films, if the dislocation density is very high, the dilation in spacing of atoms occurs, which influences the band gap of materials.

The most important milestone of modern wound materials has been the investigation by Winter in 1960 in which he examined the treatment of pig wounds in an occlusive moist condition.
Honey pastes, plant fibres, and animal fats have been used as wound dressing materials previously.
Materials and Methods Materials: The wound dressings were purchased from the UK market and the details of the selected dressings are given in Table 1.

The workpiece materials was 45 steel (HB207) and 30CrMnSiA steel (HRC37-41).
It is beneficial to fulfill the cutting performance of each part of the drill major cutting edges, rationally use the tool materials and prolong service life.
And the solid lubrication coated tools can solve the machining problems of the materials.
The solid lubricating coating of the cutting tool is mainly composed by the solid lubricant materials with the low coefficient friction, such as MoS2, DLC, GLC, etc.

The specimens made from these ceramic materials and alkali activators (potassium silicate, sodium silicate with NaOH (15M), phosphoric acid, sodium silicate, potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide) were burned at temperatures of 600 oC and 900 oC and they were characterized by evaluation of water absorption and compressive strength.
For the production of geopolymers, the main raw materials used are materials with a large amount of Si and Al present in its structure, such as blast furnace slag (waste generated by the steel industry), coal ash, fly ash and bottom ash, metakaolin and clay [5].
The first is the characterization of the raw material and the second, the characterization of burned aggregates.

Therefore, we believe that studying the physical properties of materials with little or no rare earth metal content is important.
Li2ZnTi3O8 is one of such material [7-12].
(3) The calcined material was ground in ethanol and was pressed at 637 kgf/cm2 to form a rod of 6 mm in diameter
