In general materials of electron-doped system, the excess oxygen in the samples is a problem that must be reduced by performing annealing process.
Here, we report the study of effect of magnetic impurities of Ni to the physical properties of the structure and magnetic properties of the superconducting material of ECCO in under-doped region with x = 0.12.

Purpose of those requirements is to reduce the material cost as much as possible in the premise of satisfying using condition.
The finite element analysis: transfer car frame 3D modeling into SolidWorks COSMOS Works environment, setting Material properties: Q235, Elastic modulus: E = 206, Poisson's ratio: µ = 0.3, Material density: ρ = 7850[3].Exert constraint conditions: at each end of machine beam's 200place set constraints to be fixed.

Abstract.
Introduction Silicon carbide (SiC) is steadily growing and replacing conventional materials such as silicon (Si) or gallium arsenide (GaAs) in certain critical device applications.
High temperature chemical vapor deposition (HTCVD) [1] and halide CVD (HCVD) [2] are becoming important to grow thick layers and even bulk materials of several mm thick boules at constant C/Si vapor composition during the entire growth run.

Single crystal Ni3Al-based superalloy is widely used in aviation engines and industrial gas turbine blade materials with its excellent creep, fatigue, oxidation and corrosion resistance and other comprehensive performance.

Summary, although building envelope construction and materials of rural residence in southwest region of Shandong Province are similar to each other, there are still some differences in detail which affecting the inner thermal environment of test object to some extent.
To sum up the above arguments, we must take into account the good thermal insulation properties of lightweight materials ( e.g.
