Introduction It's vitally important to study how to draw high precision stage-discharge curve according to material measured by hydrologic station[1].The paper conducts a study on drawing method of stage-discharge curve in two aspects of BP neural network approximation and curve fitting, according to data extracted from a hydrologic station located in Suqian section of Beijing-Hangzhou Canal.
Acknowledgments This work is supported by fund project of configuration research of information network based on gates automatic monitoring and hydrologic conservancy(No.Z201111), which is municipal science and technology instructive project of Suqian city, Jiangsu, China.

On the basis of atomistic interaction model, the dynamics of the local material deformed process and its interactions on the material structure as well as phase transformation can be studied.
However, most of the ideal nanoindentation simulations are focusing on the material deformation mechanisms, phase transformation and surface contact mechanism.

According to the statistical analysis[1], newspaper is the highest read rate media, internet based reading is increasing rapidly, more the 2 million people enjoying mobile phone newspaper and E-journals, animated film is the most attractive one in the variety of animation products, the online game and a single player video or pc game are followed.
Culture of the society and production system of design arts is considerably influence by the fusion of arts and science nowadays, the iPad is a good example for the fusion of arts and science.
With the development of computer science and computer graphic, in most of the mass media express system, visual is still the most important part of sensory perceptual.
The dominance of visual media cannot be shaken, more profound reason is that the changes in the way of production and consumption, along with the development of social productive forces, the spiritual needs exceeds the material needs gradually; Also the needs of entertainment makes "visual image" of the consumption gradually rose to the status of material consumption.
The existing social material basis of the relevant design theory has changed under the combined effect of technology, art and fashion so as to the visually perceptual world is bound to be more sophisticated.
