Foreword
With the development of modern science and technology, the problem of the materials’ friction, wear and lubrication under different conditions has been paid more and more attentions, the research of tribology in special service condition has became an important research hotspot[1-3].
Compared with a figure 4(a), some solid lubricating film surfaces are rough, softening of material is obvious, the wear surface is full of deep traces of the furrows, the surface is covered with softened molten material, adhesion spalling pits also appear on localized surface, but it can still play the role of self-lubricating materials, and compared with the experimental temperature of coating is 300°C, it has less effective friction, but still has high strength, the deformation of the substrate under surface of grinding crack is slight, WS2 still maintains the original shape, indicating that the high temperature tribological property of composite coating is better.

Specimen preparation
Zinc, Bismuth (99.9999 mass% purity, all supplied by Beijing Mountain Technical Development Center) was used as starting materials.
Finally the melted materials were cast onto the Cu-plated FR-4 PCB board.
The conductive paths of a trench shape were soldered with different tin-rich materials: (i) Sn-3.0Ag0.5Cu, (ii) 98(Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu)-2Bi, (iii) 98(Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu)-2Zn, (iv) 96(Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu)-2Zn-2Bi.
Despite of these, in this experiment, a simple pair of electrodes was applied because the primary goal was to research dendrite structures of ECM and the failure mechanism of solder as the interconnection materials in electronic packaging [28].

Culture of the society and production system of design arts is considerably influence by the fusion of arts and science nowadays, the iPad is a good example for the fusion of arts and science.
With the development of computer science and computer graphic, in most of the mass media express system, visual is still the most important part of sensory perceptual.
The dominance of visual media cannot be shaken, more profound reason is that the changes in the way of production and consumption, along with the development of social productive forces, the spiritual needs exceeds the material needs gradually; Also the needs of entertainment makes "visual image" of the consumption gradually rose to the status of material consumption.
The existing social material basis of the relevant design theory has changed under the combined effect of technology, art and fashion so as to the visually perceptual world is bound to be more sophisticated.
