From the energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis in SEM (see fig.4), it can be found that on the film adhered to the CVD surface, a large quantity of Ce, La (37.93 %), Fe (46.73 %) and Cr (14.58 %) were detected, which are the polishing plate and rear earth metal plate materials.
