Foamed concrete is a cellular material with numerous pores inside, and these pores size, shape and distribution are significant factors in determining the material characteristics.
In addition to the pore shape and size, the foam stability has an important role on the properties of concrete.
Stable foamed concrete production depends on many factors such as type of foaming agent and the method of preparing the foam.
The content of foam agent has a considerable effect on the properties of fresh and hardened concrete [3].
The rheology of cement slurry is one of the important factor affecting the properties of foamed concrete.

The result is the parameters that take into account all the existing restrictive factors.
Therefore, when the cutting parameters are determined, it needs to consider all factors.
The factors that affect the cutting parameter selection constitute input parameters.
Finally, in terms of different types of machine tools, the factors that affect the cutting parameter selection are different, different selection processes are established for different machine tools.

This is challenging, since improvement of some properties often means sacrificing of others.
This usually implies a trade-off between several factors.
In order to perform a realistic optimisation according to the definition above it is necessary to account for the complete production chain involving all the major processes and at the same time all possible parameters affecting the costs.
Output and input values from optimisation simulations on properties and costs of 6xxx series alloys.

The carbonation process under the super critical condition was performed to enhance the mechanical property of specimens by filling the voids and cracks existing inside cement specimen with CaCO3 reactants.
This type of fly ash classified as ASTM C-type fly ash cannot be recycled and simply reclaimed because too much CaO component may affect a bad effect on the final property of eco-materials by its expansibility [1-3].
The carbonation process under the super critical condition was performed for the control of expansion characteristics of CaO component in fly ash which usually affects bad effect on mechanical strength of specimen.
Mixture ratio and experimental factors are shown in Table 2.
The mechanical property was analyzed by compressive strength and specific gravity test.

Introduction In metal bond of diamond tools, iron as the main group element added to the copper base binder in metal bond diamond tools in the application is common, but by Fe, Cu mutual solubility limit, greatly affected the metal bond of diamond tools used in [1].
According to the classic solution theory, the atomic radius and electrochemical properties of two kinds of metal elements, the closer the forming substitutional solid solution, the higher the risk of but different Fe - Cu system.
Fe and Cu atomic radius and electrochemical properties are very close, Cu atom radius: 1.28 Mr; Fe atom radius of 1.27 angstrom.
In the scanning electron microscopy analysis, in order to strengthen the comparative, select the same magnification factor of (4000).

Abstract. With the rapid development of traffic cause in our country, the operating requirement of driving load factors to pavement structure become higher and higher.
Fig.1 A typical flexible base asphalt pavement structure In order to apply the above calculation model and finite element method to analyze the force mechanism of flexible base asphalt roadbed by ANSYS, the material properties and the structure characteristics of the model for the following assumptions: the layers are continuous, completely elastic, homogeneous and isotropic; the next layer is infinite in the horizontal direction and vertical direction; layers contact condition for completely continuous; and the weight of each layer was Ignored[4].
Mechanical effect of the basic thickness for pavement structure Changing the flexible base thickness to study the value of deflection and stress under the condition of the elastic modulus unchanged, the result as shown in Tab.2,Fig.5 and Fig.6.
In order to make the large deformation of pavement structure was not produced , the use of materials need have enough modulus.Because the changes of base modulus can affect the tensile stress at the bottom of each layer, the increased of base modulus will make tensile stress at the bottom of base layer increase.
